Looks
A Look is similar to a Setup which saves the filters and masks in the Layers window. However, once created, the look will appear in the Looks tab of the Filters window allowing quick access to a set of multi-layer filter/mask presets.
Creating Looks
1 Add multiple layers with filers and masks applied.
2 Select File > Create Look and enter a name. If you enter the name of an existing look, you will have the choice to replace it.
The look now appears in the Looks filter tab. Clicking though the saved looks behave like clicking through filter presets.
Importing/Exporting Looks
Using File > Import/Export, the entire set of Looks can be loaded from and saved to a file.
Import
1 Select File > Import and choose a file or files with an optics extension.
Both setups and looks use the optics file extension, so either can be imported. Importing a setup file creates a single look, while importing a looks file imports the entire set of looks.
2 Choose Add or Replace when prompted to replace or add to the existing looks.
The imported looks appear in the Looks filter tab.
Export
1 Select File > Export > Looks and enter a name.
The entire set of looks is exported into one file.
Renaming / Deleting Looks
1 To rename a look, right-click on it in the Looks filter tab, select Rename and type in a new name.
2 To delete a look, right-click on it in the Looks filter tab and choose either Delete Look or Delete All Looks.
