Designed to make upgrading and budgeting for Sapphire, Continuum, and Mocha Pro more convenient, the Upgrade and Support Plan is an annual program that ensures you have access to the latest available features, increased licensing flexibility, and the support you need. Each purchase of a new License or an Upgrade includes the 12-month Upgrade and Support Plan. The benefits of this plan are detailed below:
Automatic upgrades: Never fall behind on a Sapphire, Continuum, or Mocha Pro release again! Active Upgrade and Support customers are automatically entitled to all upgrades released during their 12-month contract which begins from the date of purchase.
Full Phone and Email Support: Upgrade and Support customers have unlimited access to phone and email support during business hours.
Floating licenses: Floating licenses are pooled licenses that can be shared across a group of users. Floating licenses are available to customers on the U/S plan for a flat discounted fee of $500. A minimum of 5 floating licenses per facility is required.
Burn and Render licenses: Formerly, $99-$499 per license, customers with an active Upgrade and Support Plan are entitled to 5 complimentary Burn or Render licenses per Sapphire, Continuum, or Mocha Pro license. For additional Burn or Render licenses that exceed 5 per license, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Easier Budgeting: The yearly fixed cost allows for clearer planning and budgeting.
Permanent Licenses: All licenses acquired during your Upgrade and Support contract (including upgrades, floating, and render licenses) are permanent and will continue to be functional even if your contract expires.
